DAy 124 - Computer Graphic

So here's the Challenge -- use your word processor to create an image rather then using a stamp.

So google here I come -- searched for butterfly and colouring pages -- Love this butterfly!!

Let the printing and colouring begin, and here's the finished product.

Lunch??

Day 144's Challenge was to do a card with layers -- well I think this is darn near perfect!! Brian and I were watching a cooking show and the way that the chef wrapped something reminded me of the way my mom would wrap my sandwiches for lunch when i was little. And from that this card was born.

enjoy!

Playing Catch up -- Day 123

Playing Catch up -- so to reach my goal of getting all the challenges completed for July, I have to play a bit of catch up -- So here's day 123

365 Cards Challenge for the day was to use this sketch -- with the limitation that you must leave the white space bare.

Here's what I was able to create before running off to the gym for a PT session.

Day 145 -- Ad Inspired

4th Challenge posted today!!! wow I'm on a roll -- let's hope it continues.

This was Thursday's Challenge for this week -- we had to find inspiration from the picture posted.

I took the monogram from this, as well as the butterflies and orange colour. I'm really happy with this card. And even better it only took about 15 minutes. I'm so excited when things just come together.

Here's what I created!

Day 147 Challenge - Scraplift

So today's challenge was to scraplift an idea from one of the DT from 365 Cards Blog. So after some searching I came upon this card from Gloria. Here's a picture of her card:

Here is my interpretation of her card. I mad this one for friends of ours who recently got married, and we're finally getting around to sitting down with them to have coffee and get them their gift.

Challenge 146 - Mirror Me

Here's my card for the Mirror Me Challenge.
The challenge was to mirror everything in the card except the sentiment of course. I chose to go against the norm, and have my mirror going diagonally across the card rather than horizontal or vertical.

I'm totally in love with this card and what I was able to create with just some paper flowers and stolen ribbon (thanks Regan!) and a super cute stamp!

supplies: paper - papertrey, flowers - prima, ribbon - papertrey, ink - papertrey.
